Nigel Daly Plastering is a full service plastering company servicing the Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire area. We have many years of experience spread across multiple tradespeople. Our focus is on exceptional quality of work done in a timely manner. We collaborate with Contractors and Homeowners to deliver a final product that meets expectations.
Services
The following are some of the services we offer:
Interior Veneer Plaster (skim-coat)
The majority of the work we do is interior veneer plaster. This is applied directly over "blue-board" (a type of gypsum board specifically for plaster). and can be textured or troweled to a smooth finish, ready for paint. We do everything from a full house to a small patch.
We can plaster over *most* wall and ceiling surfaces to make them look brand new again without having to do any demo.
Plaster repair and restoration
A lot of older homes in New England still have the original "horse hair" plaster on the walls and ceilings. Over time this type of plaster can get damaged and develop cracks. Call or E-mail to discuss options if you live in a home like this and need some repairs.
Stucco
Stucco is a very durable and lasting exterior choice in New England. There are many options ranging from the newer synthetic types to a more traditional sand/cement finish. Different textured finishes and the ability to paint Stucco make it a versatile option. We also do repairs to existing stucco exteriors.
Drywall Installation
We install Drywall/Blue-board and most other types of gypsum board.

This was a tricky kitchen remodel that required running a plaster mold to achieve the curve and tying in the other surfaces after.
Interesting project with different ceiling pitches.
Here we did a Moroccan themed spa with tadelakt plaster.
This project required a waterproof cement plaster with a wax finish (Béton Ciré). The client didn't want tile for the shower area.
